Hobo stuck double lucky!!

August 5, 2016 Leave a Comment

FB_IMG_1470428335073Hobo was found at the end of May when he turned up in a very bad state to a villa owned by an English couple.

We think he had been hit by a car, half of his tail was missing, his hip was dislocated, one eye missing and the inside of his leg had a huge sore which was down to the muscle.

For Hobo he struck lucky!

Rosalin and her husband phoned Goldra and I went to collect him and take him to the vets.

He underwent x-rays & tests and after a couple of weeks of antibiotics & care he had gained enough strength to undergo the operation to fix his hip, sew his eye socket closed,  remove part of his tail and castrate him.

His recovery was very quick and Hobo is now a happy chap who is using his leg and loving cuddles from anyone who will give them to him.

Rosalin and family are here on holiday and this month Rosailin’s Mum will move out permanently.

On Wednesday the little guy went off happy with Rosalin and her family after his 2 tmonth of recuperation time.
